Dr. Mario A. Pedroza After graduating from the University of California, School of Dentistry in San Francisco and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, Dr. Pedroza practiced in Berekely, California for 7 years. He then re-located to Hillsboro, Oregon , where he has maintained a practice ever since. In 1980, he studied extensively in the fields of Orthodontics, Orthopedics, and TMJ. This made him a very respected expert in these areas, while maintaining a General Practice status. Continual post-graduate education has kept him at the cutting edge of the latest procedures and techniques, especially with cosmetic procedures. He has also stayed very current with all the latest technologies and currently has digital radiography, digital imaging, and computerized CAD/CAM to do porcelain restorations. The office uses 2 lasers and only uses the latest and very best materials for all procedures. In 1995, Dr Pedroza, spearheaded the founding of a non-profit organization, the Quechua Benefit. This organization takes dentistry to the poverty-stricken Indians of the high Peruvian Andes Mountains at altitudes up to 17,000 feet. The Benefit makes regular trips to Peru and also provides clothing, shoes, blankets, medicines, and funds an orphanage and two food programs. He owns an alpaca ranch south of Hillsboro and enjoys long distance cycling and golf.

Cindy is our outstanding Hygienist who brings bright smiles to our patients. Cindy was born and raised in California but loves Oregon and loves the patients she sees every day. Cindy provides an invaluable service to our patients in educating them on their oral health. She strives to make patients feel welcome, comfortable, and leave from their cleanings saying WOW!! She is a joy to our team and we know you’ll think so too.

Linda Unrath, CDA
Certified Dental Assistant

Linda is an incredible dental assistant who has an outstanding list of certifications including, EFDA, x-ray, sealants, CEREC, posterior esthetic dentistry, to name a few, and 23 years experience as a dental assistant. She was born and raised in the Hillsboro community. Her knowledge and experience brings great expertise and understanding to our team. Linda loves coming to work each day to see our wonderful patients, and help our new patients feel comfortable and relaxed while educating them and answering any questions our patients may have.

Richelle Borlaug - Dental Assistant

Richelle is another incredible dental assistant with many certifications, which include EFDA, EFODA, X-rays, sealants and CDA. She was born in Texas but has spent most of her life in the Portland area. Richelle has been a dental assistant for over 22 years and really enjoys educating patients on their oral health. She also answers any questions our patients may have while she is helping them achieve their beautiful smiles!

Darcie

Darcie is one of the smiling faces you will see when you walk into our office. There is nothing she is not willing to help our patients with and if she doesn’t have the answer she will get it for you. Darcie has over five years experience in the dental field and specializes in our patient’s accounts, educating patients, and business matters. You can count on her to give you the greatest customer service you have ever had!!

Lynsee

Lynsee is another smiling face you will see in our office. She began working here as an Intern, while attending Cambridge College, where she received her X-ray certification and Dental Assisting Degree. Recently she made the transition from Chairside Assisting to working at the front desk. She would be more than happy to schedule you an appointment, or answer any questions regarding your treatment.
